Yes, you can extend any “weekly meal plan” to a monthly plan. Whenever you subscribe to a weekly plan, you’ll get an official text from our team on WhatsApp where all the details about extension of plan, how can you pause or skip meals will be provided to you.

We have two timings for delivery. Lunch & Dinner.

  • The meals for lunch gets out for delivery at around 12:30 PM, you will get your meal delivered to your doorstep anywhere between 1:15 PM to 2:30 PM.

 

  • The meals for dinner gets out at around 6:30 PM. You will get your meal delivered to your doorstep anywhere between 7:15 PM to 8:30 PM.

You can select the days you want a veg meal during the checkout process.

We care for you and that’s why in every meal you’ll get approx ~35g of protein.  (You can also customize your meals accroding to your requirements)

You can customize your meals just by filling out the form which is displayed on our website by the name : “Customize your meal” 

As soon as you fill out the form, you’ll get a message from our official team where everything will be explained to you.

In a weekly plan you will get 3 days of buffer and monthly you will get 12 days of the buffer. (i.e In Weekly plan, you get total 10 days to complete your 7 day weekly meal plan & in Monthly plan, you get total 40 days to complete your 28 days monthly meal plan.)

If you want to cancel any particular meals on any day, then you have to inform us at least 2 hours before delivery timing.

You’ve to text us before :

  • 11:00AM if you’ve subscribed for Lunch
  • 5:00PM if you’ve subscribed for Dinner.

and if you fail to do so, meal for that day will be included in your meal plan.
